Struggling with very small doses
« on: April 16, 2015, 04:37:48 AM »
Hi ,

My name is David and this is my second attempt to micro dosing Iboga.

First of all let me say that I am doing this for personal development, I haven't got any addiction.

The amount I am taking is 0.3, daily lunch time, this is my second week.

My brain in very but very foggy, I feel like "I just woke up" all day, I m  sad, any obstacle is becoming bigger and bigger and my energy are going down. ( I am very active and practice several sport, I love to wake up early and go for a run or for a yoga class, but right now doesn't seems to be possible anymore )

This happened last year as well after my first flood when I decided to micro dosing iboga

Any idea, advice?

Thanks so much in advance

David

Are you taking anything else?

What's your diet like?

I am vegan, I eat loads of fruit, veggs, seeds, nuts, I believe I have a very balanced diet.

Apart from this, I take spirulina and chia seed as supplement on daily basis.

Thanks

Davide

I want to avoid being dogmatic about this, since everyone has their own ideas about diet--so I'll only speak from personal experience:

I've been vegetarian, vegan, 95% raw vegan, very low carb, and low carb paleo.

My own personal experience is that I feel stronger, more grounded and clear-headed when I am eating a substantial amount of animal protein, mainly fish, eggs and sometimes poultry. If I eat too heavy on the carb side, I start to feel disconnected and low energy.

Iboga doesn't do anything other than make you feel what you truly feel.

Hi,

I'm a nutritionist. I suspect you may have some adrenal fatigue. Iboga activates fight or flight and vegan diets can sometimes lead to adrenal and other endocrine issues, especially in blood type Os. It may be worth trying some Epimedium, ginseng and rehmania and possibly very low dose pregnenolone (10mg daily). This will feed your adrenal glands. It really helped me when microdosing. At the very least it won't harm you!

Good luck.
