Announcements, News & Events / Re: Donations for Eboka.Info

Wow PK!  That is the best most transparent response to a post I have seen in a long time.  It almost made me cry to  see how transparent it was.  No one needs all of that info, but it is pretty cool of you to share it with such style and ease.  Enjoy surfing the field señor!

P.S.  Still dusting myself off from WW3 over here, so my donation is on it's way muy pronto. Glad I got on the boards to get that seed in the vortex.  Peace.

It is my understanding that this 'class' of activation or drugs, increases neuronal firing and can put one at severe risk for hypertensive crisis, especially when accompanied with other substances.

Be safe guys.

Keep learning.  Keep asking questions, and mitigating those risks.

Hi Doubtingmind,

According to what GD has posted in the thread you mention, the eighth circuit would be activated by the Iboga experience.  I cannot say this for certain, but If Ketamine activates circuit #8 then Iboga could also be considered in this category.  They are both NMDAR antagonists.  From my research, this is a very dangerous receptor site to be messing with, if not done properly.  Hence, you may read the term "dirty maintenance" somewhere on this forum.  It is because it is not a safe method -- It is taking an easier road, with a higher risk, IMHO.  Nonetheless, I have been exploring consciousness as well, and boy is it fascinating.  I find myself really enjoying connecting with the 7th and 8th circuits.  I realize, you don't need the drugs always to do so.......

Some of the best advice I have ever received:

Less is more

Believe it or not, we are a sense.  We are all walking pharmacies, just waiting for the right activation.  It's pretty cool when you take this perspective, and think of what is possible.  With that in mind, knowing which systems to tinker with, opiod versus 5-HT, and so on....these can be crucial for one's own survival in this everlasting spoof of consciousness expansion.

With Metta,

Ahoy Ebokians!

In today's segment, you will have yet another opportunity for self discovery!  I have been trying to communicate the concept of bowing to your Sat Nam, and my mantra experience ever since joining eboka community, and there has been a major gap in my ability to translate this enough where any interest is piqued.  It's like I am speaking in a foreign language (it's Sanskrit)....LAUGH!   :o

Let me try some new approaches in this thread, because it is the foundation to healing, at least one of the 3 pillars that supports mine.  And if we are all one, and everything is one, ya'll best be gettin on the train.

Found this today, just another guy writing an article it seems.  Sourcing is huge, and I haven't done my due diligence on these guys, but it doesn't matter.  The message is there which is what matters for the sake of the thread.  Aprobeche!!

The Moon Is The Limit
By Kriss31 March, 2013No Comments

What if I told tell that you could have all you ever wanted and more?
What if I told you that you have everything you ever thought you needed inside of you today?
Would you believe me? Or better…would you allow yourself to believe in yourself?
I am not writing any of this to shock anyone, or to suggest I have the power to give you all that you want. What I am doing, is sharing with you all that in order to get what you want, you must pull the gifts (which lie inside of us all) out. You must stop underestimating yourself. You must stop telling yourself that you can and will not do any better if you try. Most of all, you must stop pretending that your dreams are just figments of your imagination. Your dreams, desires, aspirations, goals, wants, and ambitions can and will be yours when you align yourself with yourself.
What do I mean when I say “align yourself with yourself?” Well, I believe that we all have to be in touch with who we are to truly be aligned with ourselves. We have to be truly comfortable being alone and comfortable within our own skin to feel aligned with ourselves. We have to all embrace the fact that with our strong points come flaws, but our flaws should not be the focal point of our thinking and cause of regression.
I believe that the majority of people spend the majority of their lives focused on what is not possible. People say things all the time like, “I do not have enough money to do that, or I do not have the experience to get involved in this, or I do not have the right connections to get a job in that area.” We all limit ourselves. We all say things which demoralize us. We all sell ourselves short.
The funny thing, is that we actually have no limits. As free thinking, acting, and feeling creatures the sky is actually the limit… and for some of us…
The sky is just the starting point of possibility.
On of one my walls in massive size 140 print I wrote the following quote and read it everyday. The quote, written by an anonymous party state, “Do not tell me the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”
That is a phrase I will never forget and a phrase that fuels my personal and professional fire on a daily basis.
Go on a journey of imagination with me for a moment..
If it is night time where you are, as it is where I am, take a good look at the moon. Does it even seem real to you? To me it just looks like this amazing beacon of spherical photoshopped light in the sky. The moon looks surreal to me because I know nothing about the moon other than the fact that the moon is the closest large area of mass in the atmosphere nearest to the earth. I can imagine what it looks like, craters and all, but I have no experiences with the moon other than what I can read, see, and think about. Nonetheless, to me the moon is much more than a source of dim light in the night skyline. The moon to me…. is an ideal.
What is an idea exactly you may be asking?  Well, an ideal is pretty much a goal of the highest caliber  An ideal is a goal that if we hit, we will celebrate, but if we do not we will celebrate anyways knowing we dedicated our lives to reaching that goal.
The moon, to me, is my ultimate end. The moon symbokizes a changed world. A world based on love, community, and respect.
The moon is what I am going to dedicate my life shooting for. I want to impact the world, and the moon symbolizes changed world to me.
I know this article has gotten a bit abstract, but stay with me, here is where all this “moon talk” ties together for us all….
We all have gifts inside of us. Yet most of the time we are too busy living in misery to really utilize opur gifts. We are too busy being concerned with “what we do not have,” rather than being appreciative for “what we do have (both internally and externally).” This is not totally our faults. We live in a world where material possessions are our main focal point. Where self development is underrated. Where we are taught to believe we are all different and should feel separate, rather than feeling the same and coming together as a nation (and even a world). We all are at a HUGE disadvantage, if we allow ourselves to be consumed by the disadvantage.
Everyone around us is conditioned to be scared self loathing separtists. We can be one of these people too. We can let the media control our thoughts, we can let the evil in the world control our emotions, and we can let people dictate how we feel on a daily basis.
We can recognize that the world is a cold place, people are conditioned to feel scared, and that evil is always going to exist. We all have the power to be consumed by the “way the world is”p or  reach into ourselves, pull out those traits which define us, and make the best of this so called life. Once we learn to accept the world (today) as it s, the easier it will be for us all to stop focusing on all we do not have, and start focusing on all we do have (right inside of us).
We all have the ability to change the direction of our lives at any time. Why not make right now that time?! With change comes massive relfection. Reflection is best achieved while being alone  Therefore, if we want to change we have to accept the fact that we are going to be rather alone while connecting to ourselves (our souls). The best part is, the more time we spend alone the more we will feel comfortable in our own skin. Once we are comfortable in our own skin we will start to value who we are and what we can offer to ourselves, others, and the world.
Self esteem is the key to change.
Spending time alone reflecting is the best way to align ourselves with ourselves.  Once we feel at peace within ourselves, and happy with who we are, we are going to start feeling like our dreams are something more than just lofty happy thoughts. Our dreams will start to guide us in the direction we want our lives secretly to go. Once we develop dreams, our minds will start to subconsciously set goals, after all… we aren’t going to reach a dream without action.
Here is where ideals come into play…
Think about the moon. Think about how far away the moon is. Think about how people actually walked on the moon. Now think about your life, your goals, and your end game.
In order to reach you ideal, your moon, you have to first work on yourself. Build your foundation of self esteem through reelection.  Once you feel good about you then start dreaming. Once you can see the dreams in your mind, pull all your gifts out of yourself. Forget about teh fact that you work for 10 bucks an hour, forget about not having the right degree, only focus on what matters, and that is your gifts.
Look at the moon tonight, tomorrow night, and every night. Look at how beautiful it is and how you are determined to “walk on the moon,” in your own way. People once thought space travel was impossible. As I started before, nothing is impossible, we have no limits. We all impose limits on ourselves though destructive thought. Destructive thoughts root from fear, and fear stems from in all when we are not aligned with ourselves.
We all can have all that we want out of life. We can marry the person of our dreams. We can have the career that we have our heart set on. We can live in love everyday and have peace of mind, body, and soul.
All we have to do is go through the process. We have to appreciate the people that we are. We have to rid ourselves of limiting thoughts. We have to see our dreams in our minds and create our own ideals. If we can do all these, the sky is the limit. Or should I say, the moon is the limit….

Sorry for the late reply, this whole metamorphosis thing is tumultuous, like Spring time.   8)

If you care for further info on the grapefruit, dig into the CYP450 enzyme inhibition system.  This should illuminate on what you are feeling.  The drug cannot be broken down due to introducing this one particular food.  Thus, the result can be, disastrous I would imagine.

Journey well friends.

Take it a step further if you see fit (full album):

Moving Day: They say moving is one of the 3 biggest stresses on someone  (Divorce, and Death are the other two majors I believe.)  If you are moving from a place from which you hit the launch pad in terms of self discovery, called it 'Home', a sacred space at times even, is that considered 'Divorce' as well?  Isn't 'Divorce' just considered the step after 'separation?'  Words are dead....and that is humorous to me today.

A bit of Energy_in_Motion today, just letting myself flow through the gel that is this life, this world, this existence.  I use many words here, for me and for the reader, because am aware of how we animate each word (concept) from our own eyes, so to guide my mind and yours I use a few  ;)

I miss you Jack Tripper!  I can see your smiling face in my mind's eye, more dynamically vivid now than ever.  Thank you for smiling so big and so bright.  I love you man.

Back to the physical I just discovered Emancipator for the first time:

In fact, I was at about 19 minutes in when speaking to JT last paragraph...yes, the soundtrack to my posting.  It's great how the power of music and it's beauty can really sync up at certain points that just allow you to believe again.  And again.  Until we forget.  Cause 'belief' has it's importance, and 'forgetting' may have just as much if not more value.  It's in our brain to forget (Anandamide).  And divinely residing in the gears of the cannabis plant.   Hmmmmmmmmm? ???

Less surprised everyday my friends.  There is something pretty cool happening.  Enjoy yourself!

With Love,

Are you Shpongled?

This song opens me up to healing/relief/reset feeling I get from my work with the mother.  I am not in a place for entheogenic healing quite yet, sucks, but in due time...

Point is music, the only language that speaks directly to the divine....

Move and Dance every day you are alive and have legs!

Guess the point is, regardless what you believe, as with all shamanic practice, the proof is in the direct experience of results in ordinary reality, and with tools like journeying with drums etc...and the plant allies like iboga, its clear to me that this stuff works, an can work in the long run if you put the work in afterwords.

I keep coming back to this question about visions.
-Why did we each see an entity?
-Why are all the visions from Iboga and most entheogenic experiences I know of seem like it is manifesting from the crevasses of our own mind?

This clarifies my next questions:
-Is it truly "our" mind?  Or do we share this "mind" with other things, or everything?

I just keep feeling more connected on levels that most of the my world cannot really relate to.  Not a fun place to be.  Hence, my gratitude for you DD!  Thank you for your post.  Thank you for keeping this thread alive, and foreseeing the importance in doing so.  Now I am ready for the day.  A good day to experience, change, and grow!

in due time

The entity which towered over me and sent me to a 'place' with a lot of repetitive & silly visuals, as well mundane and dreary visuals I have recently realized was iboga telling me I did not need repeat floods, that I had enough still to work on from the first flood.

DD, thank you, it feels great to be back and see some good energy flowing through our home.  I am so glad you are tuning into the power of sound and music.  If by chance you want to go deeper on a level of cognitive neuroscience with this phenomena, I suggest considering: "This is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession."  Forewarning, it is certainly geared towards folks who have a working knowledge of music.  It's amazing how this book simplifies the complex magical mystery of music into sounds, and then to even more microscopic levels, and the dynamic effects we experience.

The Bwiti knew that their music would increase the effects of this toxic, poison we know as Iboga.  They knew the importance of taking high doses to achieve certain desired effects, and they knew the risk.  It seems as if Bwiti music is what mitigated this risk, and I am confident still does today.

"Music is the only language that speaks directly to the divine."

Music is substance.  My tongue drum and didgeridoo are like instant theta-wave inducers, each very different though.

It's all vibrations guys.  The rest is just the matrix  ;)

DD, I reread your earlier post (interesting how we choose to see things, or don't depending upon.....)we have had very similar experiences with the root.  I felt I was also warned about the seriousness of not returning.  I think it may be the beginning of an unwanted expression of a gene or something.  Others have told me that it is considered an NDE.  Either way, it is weird because I feel both blessed for the life satisfying experience, and embarrassed that I needed to go there at all.  That's just my self consciousness flaring up, going through momentous change, and a bit too fast in the last month especially.  Going to really enjoy my "time off"...soon I hope.  Anyway, the gratitude for the experience outweighs any morsel of fleeting conflicted sentiment.  I would not change a thing, if I could.  The mystery of what's next is too enticing.  I feel like I am being summoned or something.

False Pride and False Humility must be replaced with True courage and True humility.
That is accomplished only when
The  strongest part of us
is in full  embrace
the most vulnerable
as they are not separate in reality, only fragmented in the ego mind

Thank you.
Journey Well.

Introductions / Re: Hello...intoduction, opioids, now kratom...then iboga?
« on: February 25, 2014, 08:12:04 AM »

Quite the introduction my friend.  Welcome and thank you for sharing your story, well written I might add.

So it seems we are connected then through a degree of separation.  I thought I was crafty as hell when I found the original inventor of the Gold Reserve.  I was on the Kratom connoisseur forum before this.  I remember hearing something about him doing these regular floods.  I was already 2-3 floods in by the time I discovered this.  He sold me my last batch of GRE, and I remember it wasn't even enjoyable.  I felt sick all the time after ingesting that much Kratom leaf and extract for so long.

Anyway, Kratom is an unknown evil, IMO.  I went through the 180mg a day hydrocodone Iboga flood detox, as well as the Kratom.  For me, I believe I needed the 4th flood.  Once again, that was my decision for my life, not a recommendation by any means.

Although Kratom was the most difficult to recover from, it was also the flood that took me to space.  My life was forever changed from that moment on.  The pain was miserable for 3-4 days.  Then I started microdosing Iboga, and worked up to a gram of bark plus a few fungi (about a gram as well), and that made for a breakthrough in the recovery process.  I didn't work for awhile, and I will always hold that debt in someway.  But that was me.  All that matters to me is the fact that I can withstand major life change and have no urge to return to opiates.

I could thank Iboga, and I do.  I am forever grateful to the mystery of this powerful healing root.  However, I like to believe that Iboga only granted me this new set of eyes, because I followed through on my end, bowed to the divine within, and became a different person, or allowed my true self to be revealed.

I am happy to discuss more in depth with you.  Feel free to reach out anytime.  I think you can do this with the help of some powerful nutrients.  The exercise of work will actually speed up your healing process, certainly when eased into.  It was very frustrating for me as well to find virtually no info on Iboga flooding for Kratom.

I am here.  You are not alone.  You may have to reach me outside of the forum for more immediate urgent questions.   I am in a transition phase at the moment.

Big Hug,

Interesting Avendagold.
So you feel the MCT's carry the caffeine better to your system?
And more sustainable?
Meaning no crash?

Any companies you would suggest as far as good coconut oil?

Thanks,  Blue

Diet & Recipes / Coconut Oil--Medium-chain triglycerides
« on: January 22, 2014, 08:39:17 PM »
It also does wonders with cannabis.....OOOOOOWEEEEE!!   A few interesting points from this article:

Have you or someone you know ever been in a serious car accident? I mean serious enough that you had to be rushed to the hospital and spend time in the intensive care unit. Or maybe you've come down with a life-threatening illness. Or perhaps due to age you've been hospitalized to treat some degenerative condition. In any of these situations, whether you lived or died depended on the care you received in the hospital. Often this required you to be fed intravenously or through a tube. In the intensive care unit there would be others, some suffering from complications from genetic diseases such as cystic fibrosis or epilepsy and perhaps even premature infants struggling to survive their first few weeks of life. In each of these cases you and these other patients can give some of the credit for your recovery to coconut oil. Yes, in one form or another, coconut oil was part of your treatment.

Regardless of the condition, recovery requires good nutrition. Food scientists have long noted the nutritional benefits of medium-chain triglycerides. MCT from coconut oil are used in hospital formulas to feed the very young, the critically ill, and those who have digestive problems. It makes up a vital part of the solutions fed to patients intravenously or through a tube inserted down the throat. If you were ever given formula as a baby you took advantage of the health-promoting properties of coconut oil. MCT from coconut oil have been added to baby formula for decades.

The digestive health advantages of MCT) over LCT are due to the differences in the way our bodies metabolize these fats. Because the MCT molecules are smaller, they require less energy and fewer enzymes to break them down for digestion. They are digested and absorbed quickly and with minimal effort.

MCT are broken down almost immediately by enzymes in the saliva and gastric juices so that pancreatic fat-digesting enzymes are not even essential.1 Therefore, there is less strain on the pancreas and digestive system. This has important implications for patients who suffer from digestive and metabolic problems. Premature and ill infants especially whose digestive organs are underdeveloped, are able to absorb MCT with relative ease, while other fats pass through their systems pretty much undigested. People who suffer from malabsorption problems such as cystic fibrosis, and have difficulty digesting or absorbing fats and fat soluble vitamins, benefit greatly from MCT. They can also be of importance to people suffering from diabetes, obesity, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis Crohn's disease, pancreatic insufficiency, and some forms of cancer.

As we get older our bodies don't function as well as they did in earlier years. The pancreas doesn't make as many digestive enzymes, our intestines don't absorb nutrients as well, the whole process of digestion and elimination moves at a lower rate of efficiency. As a result, older people often suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Because MCT are easy to digest and improve vitamin and mineral absorption they should be included in the meals of older people. This is easy to do if the meals are prepared with coconut oil.
In the digestive system MCT are broken down into individual fatty acids (MCFA). Unlike other fatty acids, MCFA are absorbed directly from the intestines into the portal vein and sent straight to the liver where they are, for the most part, burned as fuel much like a carbohydrate. In this respect they act more like carbohydrates than like fats.2

Other fats require pancreatic enzymes to break them into smaller units. They are then absorbed into the intestinal wall and packaged into bundles of fat (lipid) and protein called lipoproteins. These lipoproteins are carried by the lymphatic system, bypassing the liver, and then dumped into the bloodstream, where they are circulated throughout the body. As they circulate in the blood, their fatty components are distributed to all the tissues of the body. The lipoproteins get smaller and smaller, until there is little left of them. At this time they are picked up by the liver, broken apart, and used to produce energy or, if needed, repackaged into other lipoproteins and sent back into the bloodstream to be distributed throughout the body. Cholesterol, saturated fat, monounsaturated fat, and polyunsaturated fat are all packaged together into lipoproteins and carried throughout the body in this way. In contrast, medium-chain fatty acids are not packaged into lipoproteins but go to the liver where they are converted into energy. Ordinarily they are not stored to any significant degree as body fat. Medium-chain fatty acids produce energy. Other dietary fats produce body fat.
