Drumming I did on my second flood
« on: October 09, 2013, 04:26:45 PM »
This is some drumming I did on my ashiko on the tail end of my accidental second flood on 1g TA. Any parts that aren't exactly in time are due to my arthritis. I hope you enjoy.

EDIT: Oh, the link would be helpful wouldn't it? haha... http://danielwininger.bandcamp.com/album/ashiko-improv-11-18-12

Where can I listen? I'm very curious. I am also a drummer, and I also had an "accidental flood" with a gram of TA, but couldn't bring myself to play any music in that state.
I'm not in your trap, I'm in my own trap.

loving it!
in a universe like ours, to beings like us, the idea of a god dying can be quite liberating

I'm so glad you guys like it! Here's some more, more well-recorded drumming of mine, not on Iboga:

Shameful self-promotion ends here. There's more to explore on that site. Enjoy!

Do you feel the fervour when you compose these? I hear so much thoughts converging a single point in your drum compositions, so much loudness perhaps coming into you from your environment?

The fervour? I'd call it simply the Power. The Power of Being Here Now. Bam. Here I am! There is loudness in the power.

And many thoughts. I have so many thoughts and drumming is the only way I can truly express them, and the harmony of it all...
