I would say so. Especially if you are light-weight. It may not be fully submersive, but I've been sensitive enough to have moderately deep visions/dreams that clear out the clutter in my brain/psychic space/body. No vomiting, but an energetic purge, lessons to be had, old memories dredged or at least looked at, and "Oh yeah!" moments abound.

Spoke to her again and now she's saying 10 is a flood and 4 "recreational"?   Is it possible that it could be so potent?

So a lady from south africa sent me a small package claiming that 4 grams would be a full flood....this can't be right.....right????
Other people are collaborating saying there is definite effects at this low level of dosage..
Is there a chance she sent me something that is not Iboga???

This is worth a watch...I thought the visuals were in some way really reminiscent of iboga, along with the general feeling of it as well.
Flooding / 1 gram of pure ibogaine HCL, how much pressure on heart it will do?

I consider to use Voacanga Africana as a source, so I think with my skills it will be pure.

Of course I will keep strict MAOI diet before flooding.

You can make a tea out of it with a slow light boil.
The Bwiti Misoko group I know does this.
They do not filter it though. You need the whole tea with granules and all.
It kicks in a whole lot quicker, but the taste is not much better then just chewing on some bark.
Eboka Talk / Re: Help People Find Sitters

Good idea. I would help people is the USA when I am there.
If these are heavy detoxes you really do need some tests before hand.
Things like methadone and Suboxone can get pretty dangerous. I have seen it quite a few times, people stop breathing.
You have to ready for that stuff and be in the same room as the person... awake the whole time.
Have you ever stayed awake with iboga for 3 nights in a row caring for someone? If not you probably shouldn't be sitting for heavy detoxes like Suboxone and methadone. Or you need to experiment with iboga and stay awake while still being able to move around normally , think clearly etc. For a few nights.
If it is pills or a smaller H habit then you can get away with only staying awake for 48 hours with them until they finally sleep.
It is a huge responsibility to be a sitter and in my mind doesn't involve just being there in the other room.
You need to be there 24/7 with them awake until the heaviest part of the withdrawals passes.
Detoxes are dangerous. I have participated in many of them.
Just a bit of caution.
With that said I am down to sit when I can.
Also I bring some shamanism to the sitting.
Eboka Talk / Working with iboga now
« Last post by lbark on January 16, 2017, 08:30:54 AM »
Haven't been on here in a while so I thought I would give an update to all my iboga peeps.
When I first came on this board several years ago I was a lost person using drugs to mask it all.
Things have changed dramatically.
Things have been really good and iboga has taken me on the ultimate journey.
I went and got initiated into the Bwiti last December. That was certainly a once in a lifetime experience and really shed those final layers that had followed me around. The Bwiti is so  much a part of my life now. The Bwiti and iboga teach us lessons of how to live life and deal with all the human stuff that we all go through. Bwiti is really the study of life with using Iboga as our guide.
Without those teachings and iboga I am not sure where I would be but it wouldn't be as good as it is now.
Also over the last year and a half I have trained to become an iboga Provider. Most of the training is working out your own stuff, the rest can be learned with practice.
The place I now work at is an iboga retreat and all based on the Bwiti tradition.
I won't be naming the place I am at on this thread out of respect to all, but you can pm me if for whatever reason you are interested.
Also my girl is pregnant now and we are expecting a child in April/May.
Just an update on how iboga has helped me. It can help you too if you want it.
Execute typos on a little tablet.

Flooding / Re: How many time to wait after microdose before going to full flood
« Last post by RhythmSpring on January 05, 2017, 07:58:12 PM »
Apparently there are some retreats that do two floods in a row, the second one 5 days after the first one.

In the Bwiti tradition they often give a small dose one day and then a larger dose the next day.

I do not think it would be a problem to dose again soon.

Be sure to drink lots of water!
