Flooding & Depression ?
« on: January 07, 2013, 07:14:02 AM »
Hi again friends!
About a month ago i started to go into a depression.
Seems like it´s connected with a heavy fire accident i had
about 1.5 years ago….not sure.
Been planning to flood (With sitter!) soon as possible - the spiritual approach,
need to get all the accumulated dark shit in my life to be more workable.

So, of course my question is, can i do a flood in the greyness of a depression?!
(Not that kind of really really heavy depression…and i am NOT on medications of any kind)

Thanks!  :'(

Of course.  I think we've had mixed reviews in the past of folks that have "cured" or "healed" their depressions and some that didn't get the long term "cure" they were looking for.

Seems it would serve you well, as you posit a great deal of respect for the sacrament.

Caapi works extremely well for depression, you can use low dose caapi with great results.  This is a much safer option to flooding with Iboga, if I were you I would give the Caapi a try first, especially if you are looking for depression relief.  I don't believe flooding is neccessary.  I have flooded multiple times & nothing has made me feel as good mentally as Caapi does.  Not to mention Caapi is much more affordable in comparison.

Hi Eve,

may I ask how much you take and how often.  Also, how is the 5 or 10 X extract work for depression?  Any special kind and place your would recommend would be appreciated.

Best,

  Roy

I've asked Evolutionofone to create a thread about post flood use of Caapi,
But nothing of yet...
Thought about PM'ing questions but I guess making public will have to do to get attention.

So...
How many days after flooding is it safe to have Caapi?
How many grams of Caapi per dose? (before extraction, yes I know it needs to be extracted)
How many times a day for best use?
How long can it be taken daily?

Please please please if you can make a new thread to answer our questions.

Thanks

Also, do you stick to the MAIO diet when on Caapi?

No cheese?......and that huge laundry list of dietary and other restrictions  That's a tough one to commit to if my memory serves me correctly.

Please clarify for us all.  Gratzi!

You are a trailblazer it seems with the regular Caapi dosing.  If people could avoid flooding with this, that could be a major plus.  Since flooding is not easy on the body, all options that have proven to show great success need to be evaluated before a flood dose, IMHO.

No matter his response the dieta of no tyramine-rich foods.  A no brainer.

I'll PM him to alert of our budding needs...
