I certainly wish I could attend, it just isn't possible now.  I am keeping everyone in my thoughts and my hopes high.  Thank you for going to Seattle for this.

I just heard that they got 45 days home detention with NO probation!  I guess that is the next best thing to having it dismissed. :D

Love you all,

No Blue,

This came from someone who apparently spoke to Michael and he said it was okay to spread the word.  I think it is a trusted source.  Cal is there so maybe he will confirm it soon.

Just saw on facebook from Eric Taub's posting...

Quote
Dimitri Mobengo, Bobby Bovenga and Michael Kombi just went in front of a judge in Seattle today and all concerned were amazed as the judge didn't want to do anything to them. They received 45 days house detention and no probation. The judge called their people patients and was respectful of their right to religious freedom. A very interesting day for the ibogaine community. Basse!! The beginning of a new chapter.

~ ONE FOR THE GOOD GUYS!!!!

A glorious victory -  this will reverberate and ripple across the whole Sphere of iboga work!

I was fortunate enough to be in town - a damned strange coincidence too - and got to sit in on the proceedings and congratulate the Team and their counsels - and I brought Eboka vibes with me, so thanks to you all because you're also in the vanguard of this technology and the dissemination of it to our brothers and sisters!

BASSE!   :D

Here's a shot of the good guys -

Wondeful.  That picture hits home with me in ways I can't describe online.  Let's just say it's the best feeling ever to have pure intentions prevail over the dragon's.

That picture hit me in such a special way, the memories!

Sorry I'm late on the news on this one, I had no internet connection for almost 7 months.  Great news, those guys are very lucky.

It's been about 2 years since I talked to Dimitri's friend, Michel the filmaker.  He said they were trying to make Bwiti a protected religion under the Religious Freedom of Restoration Act but acknowledged it would take a lot of money on the order of a million dollars to fight it all the way up the court system.  It makes sense to set up a clinic elsewhere than fight the battle here.

Any updates, I guess this is their website http://ibogalife.com/
