Yeah eggs are good for the choline.  If you want to take supplements phosphatidylserine and alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) feed your brain.

Blueberries are good brain food too.  They reversed brain aging in rats which probably do the same for humans. ;)

quality of ingredients is of utmost importance. Eggs from happy hens that get a varied diet and can run around, milk should also be raw, organic  and  not homogenized. I think adrenal support might be very important after doing ibogaine. Licorice, red clover and borage tea are great for adrenals.

True. I guess people should do the best with what they have available. I'm lucky and when I'm home from university have access to fresh eggs laid by happy, healthy hens that get a varied diet. When you see the bright orange yolks and taste these eggs, you realise how much they differ to store bought free range eggs. After that store bought egg yolks seem to be dull yellow in comparison. I would really like to get hold of some raw milk, but its tricky stuff to source in these here parts! Not only better for you but much tastier apparently, hope to try it one day.
