iboga and jetlag
« on: August 07, 2012, 08:42:25 AM »
I had been meaning to experiment with iboga as a remedy for jetlag.  The reasoning was that:

- Iboga is the reset specialist, the master habit eraser

- Jetlag is simply the organism's resistance to adapting to a sudden new night-and-day cycle.  There is no other physical basis for the discomfort we feel after a long flight.

- Our response to the alternance of night and day is held at the deepest level of the psyche -- even bacteria record it and respond to it!

- It really sounded like a job tailor-made for iboga.

After flying from Thailand to Italy -- five time zones -- I set up some quiet time in the apartment, took one gel cap of iboga ground super-fine and one bioperine (courtesy of brother Kambogahuasca).  Then I lay down and rested.  I couldn't sleep but I consciously followed what the plant was doing in my system and tried to support it.  After a couple of hours of this concentrated work, I got up and got on with my life.

To get to the point, it worked.  By the evening of day one, I barely had the vaguest feeling of jetlag, and it didn't come back.  And I am at an age when normally it can disable me for 3 or 4 full days.

Try it and let me know how it works for you.
