30 days and still tired
« on: September 12, 2012, 06:43:19 PM »
it's been 30 days since my flood dose. On the recommendation of GD I quit the kratom today. I had been doing that for about a week. I suspect that's the cause of feeling lethargic today. Maybe it just hasn't been enough time yet for my system to catch up and be working properly. I guess I'll just have to be patient.

It takes time, but you're doing everything right.  You'll get better soon, and by setting new healthier patterns, you'll have everything in place to stay healthy when you do feel 100%.  It's just a matter of time, and it gets harder with age, but it will get better.  For me, negative feelings would come in waves, and the longer I went the more even I got, and the negative feelings were fewer and farther between.  By two months I felt 100% better like I never used, although I was a lot younger.  I would guess, by two months, you should be pretty close to normal, if not 100%.
