Trace amine associated receptors TAARs
« on: June 05, 2013, 05:46:01 AM »
Hi i found something very interesting and thought to share with you , i have already read all the papers done experimenting with iboga . A new receptor is found , it is located in various parts , heart, brain and kidneys. It is responsible for movement and ataxia, when is stimulated the heart beat rises also the pressure in blood, and much less blood goes to kidneys (this is the most common effect with stimulants like amphetamine and others like leading to death from no oxygenation availiable enough for the kidneys). Anyhow i am pretty pretty sure that ibo tappers and this receptor (i read that it is an evolving receptor that has vast analogy with the monkeys receptor subfamily, but differentiated a lot) . I forgot that this type TAar1 is located and in the nostrils.

Here is an excrept http://molpharm.aspetjournals.org/content/early/2009/04/23/mol.109.055970.full.pdf
