Food? Exercise?

How do you guys eat while micro-dosing? It seems you have to at least eat less than usual, and try not to eat right before dosing as well as dose right before eating. Exercising (jogging) also seems more difficult, but I guess you can always resort to less strenuous exercise.

Listen to your body. If you're ravenous, eat. If you're not hungry or feeling nauseous, don't eat. If you've got the jibblies and the wigglies, run around or dance. If you're dead tired, sleep.

Yea, that makes sense. But if I'm dosing twice a day it's kind of difficult to space things out. Are there any foods in particular that should be avoided?

My stomach felt bad after eating grapefruit too. Perhaps that's to be avoided as well...

Sorry for the late reply, this whole metamorphosis thing is tumultuous, like Spring time.   8)

If you care for further info on the grapefruit, dig into the CYP450 enzyme inhibition system.  This should illuminate on what you are feeling.  The drug cannot be broken down due to introducing this one particular food.  Thus, the result can be, disastrous I would imagine.
