Doing sports while microdosing?

Hi everybody

Is it dangerous to do sports while microdosing? As I've heard Iboga is specifically stressful for the heart, so I've got my doubts.
On the other hand, I physically feel very well while microdosing, not at all like it could be dangerous and I've only seen articles mentioning heartproblems concerning flood doses, never microdosing...
Anybody got experiences?

I can't really give you much of an input as I've only just started microdosing on very small amounts (100-200mg this week) but I am extremely unfit from an exercise perspective so have been doing a bit of Kundalini yoga, which of course isn't exactly rugby! However, I haven't had any issues with fast, light controlled breathing.

I'd definitely be cautious about doing anything strenuous, although hopefully another forum member can provide input. From what I've read, people tend to really enjoy exercise after an iboga treatment but I can't find anything about doing it during microdosing. Since starting the iboga, I've been really exhausted (more so than with benzos) and I think it's important to let your body rest.

I say do it up! Have fun! Trust your body to tell you if it needs rest. Microdosing should be fine. You just don't want to do sports while flooding. :P

I have been trying it several times for now and I can say, that it doesn't feel dangerous...
It's quite fun and stimulating up to about 0,7g RB. When I went higher than that, it still didn't feel dangerous, but my body felt weaker than usually, at least for the first 5 hours after ingestion. => not worth to do it on higher dose than 0,7g RB.

i would dose before physical therapy as well as before going to the gym or long walks and it seemed to boost my physical shape tenfold in comparison to just exercise alone
