iboga / life

seems
that an iboga journey is like life

the first part is mostly observing with little control
just like a kid till 13

then comes the long drawn out work with no end in sight
(age 13 till . .. . )

the comes the clarity kick back and enjoy - the golden years

Nice analogy, Rav! It kind of reminds me of what I often felt after dropping a good amount of acid~~~once it started kicking in I realized I'd have to finish what I started, I was in it for the long haul & there would be no going back. This altered reality was SO real, as if I'd been living in that state forever & it was easy to forget that it was MY action (of ingesting the blotter or whatever) and MY choice to go on this journey that brought me here. And I'd think that maybe life itself was like that....that just like making the decision to take the acid, I at some point had made the decision to manifest into this realm of human existence.....& that there too I would need to see it through with no turning back possible.

What a wild ride it's been so far....
